Lois Slubowski

Lois Slubowski joined the Headstrong team at the end of 2016. In her role as the Business Manager / HR Operations she has oversight of the day-to-day administrative operations and provides infrastructure support to the organization.
Lois began her career over thirty years ago providing professional services to diverse organizations within the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She has multi-industry experience in healthcare, restaurant, insurance, advertising, software development, recruitment and IT staffing.

She has held multi-positions including National Technology Sponsor/Organization Change Management, project analyst, Director of Sales Operations and Client Development, VP Operations, HR Director, and holds a CT real estate license.
Her impact on businesses have positively affected their bottom line and helped set high standards of productivity and efficiencies.

For fun, she loves to hang on a beach, have time out with friends and family, garden cook, attempt to finish the Sunday NY times crossword and give advice on interior design. When asked what she loves most about her job at Headstrong, she will always say ‘our mission and the dedicated and passionate people she gets to work with.’

Lois received her college degree from The New School / Parson’s School of Design, NYC with a major in “Communication in Advertising Design” and a minor in “Art Therapy”.
