Why I joined Headstrong: I am passionate about supporting veterans by helping them process their unique experiences. As a leader in the military, I’ve provided Headstrong as a resource to my own Soldiers, being able to be a part of a team that has helped so many is humbling and incredibly rewarding.
What’s my role: As a Care Coordinator I will be working with clients and connecting them to appropriate clinical resources within the Headstrong clinical network.
What I like most about Headstrong: What I like most about Headstrong is this sense of community Headstrong brings to every aspect of the mission. Struggling from mental health symptoms can be an isolating experience, but the Headstrong approach normalizes seeking support and helps clients feel as if they are not alone.
What I like to do in my spare time: During my off time I practice yoga and meditation, I absolutely love to cook, and explore local beaches and parks with my dog, Pepper.
